While in Italy, he immersed himself in the culture and learned the Italian way of preparing the local cuisine. In Mexico, he decided to open a small, cozy, and delicious restaurant focusing on the splendid dishes he had learned to cook, using only the best Italian ingredients, offering the guests a truly Italian palatial experience.
